INSPECTIONS

| In the zoning limits of Auburn (within
one mile of city limits), electrical inspections are performed by a BPW employee who is
appointed by the Mayor and City Council of Auburn. BPW provides all inspections on a
non-fee basis as a service to the citizens of Auburn; except State regulations require the
State Electrical Division (SED) provide inspections to facilities owned by another
political subdivision. The SED phone number is listed below.

Call BPW to schedule your inspection at least one
business day before the inspection is needed (402-274-4981). All
wiring and electrical apparatus must be inspected before it is covered up.

In all other areas served by BPW, the
SED provides

PLUMBING INSPECTIONS

| Plumbing inspections are performed by a
BPW employee appointed by the Mayor and City Council. BPW provides all inspections on a
non-fee basis as a service to the citizens of Auburn in all areas where BPW provides
water or sanitary sewer service.
